In early human societies, technology was primitive, and top-down control over the population was overt and menacing.

In modern times, technology develops apart from massive political power—or it seems to.

Large numbers of people who work with technology view it as a path to perfection of civilization. Perfection equals order, organization, coordination, comfort, security, and so on. Or as one technocrat put it to me, “Everyone and everything in its proper place.”

If you don’t examine what that means, if you just take it as a surface generalization, and if you dream technology can solve all problems, the future looks rosy.

You can even flesh out details of the future. Buckminster Fuller did. He proposed that technology had reached a point where every human on Earth could be guaranteed, from birth, at no charge, the essentials of life: food, clothing, shelter, education.

There are many versions of a technocratic utopia. They all promise a collective triumph for the human species.

Brexit: Jason Hunter the Hypocritical Psycopathic Remainer!

I came across one of Jason Hunter’s youtube videos. It did challenge my ideas on a no deal Brexit. I was initially keen to delve deeper into what he had to say but this particular talk on youtube showed clearly what we a dealing with: A psychopathic, smug, hypocritical EUphile.

Firstly, Jason does point out factually the pitiful inadequacy of the Rt Hon Theresa May’s cabinet and the civil service regarding Brexit. On this I have to agree with him.
The facts or allusions to them cannot be denied. There are hundreds of treaties which must be recreated. Jason mentions 750.
Jason Hunter makes no pretense at being impartial, neither do I. He wants the referendum result revoked due to fraud by leave campaigners. He even throws in Russian collusion via social media bots.
What nonsense. Any criticism of the west is classed as Russian collusion. Are the Russians persecuting Lyn Thyer or David Noakes for making GcMaf or mandating vaccines?
Back to this hypocrite, Jason Hunter. Let us use his own words to expose his motivations and psychopathy or not:

Let us contrast two statements Jason makes in this video. Concern for people losing their jobs, incomes.

He was not concerned about “people’s” jobs or incomes when his steel employer destroyed their competitor however due to Brexit he is concerned for destroyed jobs and companies.
He accepts capital’s exploitative predation and psychopathy when they(he) is the predator but not when he or the UK are victims of that same predation.

He has back-channels to the EU that openly disclose confidential activity between UK government ministers and the EU. It clearly show a strange level of intimacy to my mind. From what I gather, he has negotiated “trade deals” for companies NOT nation-states, so why does he have this degree of intimate access to Brussels and pharma?

The real deceit by this man, as he positions it as a rational choice, is to “pause” Brexit by revoking Article 50! I say it is a deceit because he must know once Brexit is stopped by revoking the divorce document (article 50), the political will for Brexit evaporates. Neither party will ever initiate the Brexit process ever again!. Real Brexiteers are in the minority in parlimanent.

Jason Hunter is still worth listening to for a dose of Brexit reality. However are his views consistent with someone truly concerned for liberty, “democracy”, or rejection of capital’s priests/oligarchs and their psychopathy?

The PERSON – A Fundamental deceit of the BAR Guild

Why do members of the BAR Guild continue the deceit of the fictional person?
Why do the BAR Guild members not state clearly that they wish to join the fictional PERSON,  to you (the living flesh, man/woman)?
By accepting in ignorance that you are the PERSON, you have now become a “thing”, that they can impose upon.
If lawfulness, truth and justice were the true aims of this Guild, surely their scholars would have stopped the hiding of this unwitting consent to represent the PERSON.

This deceit, it seems enables the profitable summary judgements of parking tickets, policy enforcer (police) penalties, local authority charges and county court judgements.

To the reader that thinks this is all nonsense, ask your legal expert if there is a difference between the fictional PERSON and you the living, breathing flesh in court?

Ask the judge or magistrate (politely) if by giving your name and address, you have consented to any prior assumptions, such as acting for a fictional entity bearing the same identifier (name)?

Dear reader, is that NOT fundamental? That a profession that we defer to when it comes to lawful and legal matters would initiate your interaction with this trick?

The Western Courts claim a solemn oath under “God” to arbitrate the facts and pass judgements. How can this truth under “God” be valid if it starts with a trick that assumes you are a thing, an incompetent. a ward of the court, lost goods to be warehoused (imprisoned)?

Does the fictional PERSON have any utility? To my mind it primary benefit is commercial. It is useful when dealing with other fictional entities like corporations and governments? In the same way that “money” has utility, the fictional “me”, “you”, “person” can be used to memorialize an agreement – a contract document.

So why is this lay-person so disgusted by the on-going deceit when you unwittingly consent to represent the PERSON? It is because it is hidden, enables unjust rulings and facilitates the automation of judgements for profit and convenience not law.

So what does this fundamental deceit have to do with TPP, TTIP, TISA, national and international legal immunity? Integrity, the claim of “rule of law”. If we have multiple deceits, corruptions, lies, obfuscations, we are dealing with a criminal group pretending to be lawful for power, profit and control. A legalese mafia if you like masquerading as upholders of justice and truth.

This youtube channel has videos exposing Google, Facebook and Amazon.

However the video posted below exposed their Trump/Zionist bias. “Thomas Pain in the Globalist arse” is wrong about the rule of law in the West and especially in the US. That Thomas constantly harps on about “honest” corporate intelligence and the rule of law exposes either deceit or ignorance about the “rule of law”.

Frank O’Collins has stated a simple test for any claim to the “rule of law”:

Does the law apply equally to everyone WITHOUT exceptions?

This simple test exposes the US, UK, Australia, Canada, too big to fail banks and the Bank of International Settlements. It also exposes the lie of international law and trade deals like TTIP, TPP.

The West are pretentious and hypocritical in their claims regarding the “rule of law”!

With that caveat, I still think this site is worth viewing for its point of view and hints to factual data, especially in the tech arena.!

The elite media were filled with news and opinion pieces on how the election opened the door for the approval of the Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPP) and the Trans-Atlantic Trade and Investment Pact (TTIP). According to the purveyors of elite opinion this is one of the key areas on which the Republicans in Congress and President Obama can agree.

The turn of the leadership of both parties and the centers of elite opinion to these trade deals shows the incredible contempt they have for the general public and the political process. We just completed lengthy and expensive campaigns where they had ample opportunity to push the case for these deals. Instead we got panicky commercials highlighting everything from the Ebola threat to ISIS beheadings.

TPP and TTIP are everything that people hate about Washington. They are deals being crafted in secret by business interests for business interests. They are never going to be subject to any serious political debate involving the public at large. And the leaders of both political parties are in cahoots on the trade deals and the route for pushing them through Congress.
