BREXIT: EU Election Analysis by Prof John Curtice on the BBC

Prof [Sir] John Curtice provides a nugget of insight into the Conservative (blue) gang’s predicament.

On the result:

“so I think the honest truth is that neither side can claim on the base of these results that voters have sent a clear signal… extreme options of leaving without a deal and having a second referendum as the polls are suggesting two most popular options”

On Conservative Party options:

“brexit vote is not going to disappear unless and until the Conservatives deliver brexit …next Tory Prime Minister is probably going to have to try to work out a way of delivering brexit within the arithmetic of the current House of Commons because the option of going to the country …was unlikely to look very attractive”

In others words the blue gang will be decimated if they dare initiate a general election before Brexit is resolved! The blue gang members therefore have two options capitulate to the EU and a lookalike May deal or go for the “hard/WTO” Brexit!

What will it be? In, out, half out, half in? And you shake it all about , you do the hokey pokey,  you turn yourself around that’s what we’re all about. Forgive my humour, I could not resist it.

Walter Hallstein: Nazi Legalese practitioner and founding father of the E.U.

The “honourable” gang members of parliament are back from their Easter break, so we need to remind ourselves of the nature of the EU superstate and why their supplicant behaviour is treacherous.

which were the National Socialists university lecturers association and the National
Socialist League for protection of the law.
These organizations cater to committed members of the Nazi Party – officially the National Socialist German Workers’ Party

Furthermore we have Walter’s ‘Conquest Speech’ given in Rostock, Germany, on 23 January 1939, of which I have some excerpts:

Brexit and the Queen

The Queen has via Royal assent signed off previous EU treaties. She will be called on to sign legislation concerning Brexit, like the Brexit In Name Only (BRINO) Withdrawal Agreement.

The question for the Royalists, is at what point does the silence of the Queen and the royal family become a betrayal of the people of the United Kingdom?
Ignorance is not a viable excuse. She has access to the best legal minds, even the current Attorney General, silver tongued liar Geoffrey Cox QC, Rt Hon MP.

The Queen’s Coronation Oath 1953:

Archbishop. Will you solemnly promise and swear to govern the Peoples of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, the Union of South Africa, Pakistan, and Ceylon, and of your Possessions and the other Territories to any of them belonging or pertaining, according to their respective laws and customs?

Queen. I solemnly promise so to do.

Archbishop. Will you to your power cause Law and Justice, in Mercy, to be executed in all your judgements?

Queen. I will.

Archbishop. Will you to the utmost of your power maintain the Laws of God and the true profession of the Gospel? Will you to the utmost of your power maintain in the United Kingdom the Protestant Reformed Religion established by law? Sidenote: The reader will note the emphasis the Protestant church has on its interests not the people, they are cursory. Nonetheless, it mentions government, to which I would interpret as house of commons and lords. These will be subservient under the EU.

The Rt Hon Geoffrey Cox QC MP – A Dangerous Legalese Liar

Attorney General
The Attorney General is chief legal adviser to the Crown and has a number of independent public interest functions, as well as overseeing the Law Officers’ departments. These are:

• the Crown Prosecution Service (remember Lyn Thyer, GcMAF)
• the Serious Fraud Office
• Her Majesty’s Crown Prosecution Service Inspectorate
• acting as principal legal adviser on questions of EU and international law

He finds nothing objectionable in the The Rt Hon Theresa May’s deal.

Geoffrey Cox letter to Cabinet Ministers …  declared the Withdrawal agreement’s backstop protocol would mean the UK being indefinitely locked into a customs union with the EU if future negotiations collapse and that the only way the UK could leave the Backstop would be the signing of a future trade deal which could take many years to complete.

There we have it. This highly educated and experienced legalese practitioner has lied, deceived members of Parliament. This privy council oath taker is willfully deceiving the house – “Guilt mind”. He is today – Fri 29th march 2019 – advocating the approval of the treacherous WA agreement. It is even possible that this corrupt BAR member advised the government on how to circumvent the Speakers assertion about presenting the same bill to the house more than twice.

Brexit: Will the Queen betray her Trust?

A leading and inflammatory question? Yes, indeed, Brexit is that serious!

It rests on simple ideas. We are informed or rather the narrative is that the Queen is the protector of the interests of the common man in Great Britain and some commonwealth countries. She swore to this in her coronation oath:

” Will you solemnly promise and swear to govern the Peoples of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland
…
Will you to your power cause Law and Justice, in Mercy, to be executed in all your judgements”

We also note that the Queen leads the privy council of which the Prime Minister and his opposition are members. This acknowledes a deference to the Queen.

What happens in the following scenario:

The “sovereign” parliamentarians ignore the electorate by delays, obfuscations and rejection of the EU referendum.

In negating the will of the electorate the “sovereign” parliamentarians have relinquished their delegated right to govern.

The Queen is called on to consent to acts and statutes passed by a parliament that has lost its consent from the electorate.

The Queen can betray her stewardship and oath to ceremoniously consent or she can state that she cannot consent to “laws” brought forth by a parliament having lost its authority, goodwill and consent from the public.

Then there are the mundane and legal conceptions of Trust.

In the diagram let us say the “government” is the Trustee, if the People are the settlors and the Queen is the protector? Has she not failed in her duty?

I would contend that a can of putrid worms will be opened should “sovereign” parliamentarians decide to betray their trust!

Please feel free to rip apart my logic, omissions, mistakes. I look forward to an interesting debate or discussion on the constitutional implications of any betrayal of the Brexit result for the UK and the Queen.
