Grenfell Tower Inquiry seeks views on its work

The Chair of the Inquiry, Sir Martin Moore-Bick, has launched a consultation into its terms of reference which will set out what the Inquiry will cover.
Anyone can submit written views online or in writing. The consultation document is available to download here:

“I therefore want to hear from people directly affected by the fire and others involved (or anyone with strong views), to listen to their views on the shape of the Inquiry’s work and the questions we should be seeking to answer.”
All suggestions must be made to the Inquiry team by 5pm on July 14th August 4th 2017.

The Chair
Sir Martin Moore-Bick has been appointed as the Chair of the Grenfell Tower Inquiry.
Sir Martin was called to the Bar in 1969 and appointed Queen’s Counsel in 1986. He was appointed to the High Court in 1995 and to the Court of Appeal in 2005. During his twenty years as a judge he heard a wide variety of commercial, civil and criminal cases. He retired as a Lord Justice of Appeal in December 2016

“We’ve been told by our management don’t speak, ideally. The coroner has said it could obstruct the investigation. I don’t know how it can – what’s happened has happened, but that’s what we’re being told.”
A union rep for the Fire Brigades Union said: “We know the death toll will be higher than the official figure – and we’re not talking about one or two higher. There’s a strong possibility we are talking about three figures.”
Note: The firefighters CANNOT talk freely about what they saw. So the brave and courageous (sic) firefighters are accomplices to a deceit. They are colluding in the coverup by their silence!
Imagine a few of these brave and courageous firefighters talking to the locals of Grenfell Tower about what they actually saw? An explosive destruction of Cruela May’s facade amongst the majority of the UK’s population.
The additional deceit is that it will take until the end of the year, just to get a count of the burnt victims. The fire could not turn all human bone to ash. Even crematoria have to grind the remaining bones after they have cremated the bulk of the body.
So should it NOT be a straight forward act to identify human bones, teeth amongst the rubble for an experienced fire investigator or coroner? 124 Flats, 1 flat a day, 124 days for 1 single investigator? Given the millions raised and central government involvement, can we say at least 4 to 6 forensic experts? That gives us between 20 to 31 days.

Dr Martin Deahl says, “We were all ushered into a suite of rooms at Border Control but they were very cramped. If no one had come into close contact with the poor nurse on the flight then they certainly would have done at this point.
“We were told we could go home using public transport but then told not to use public transport when we got home or to go into crowded places. Some people had to catch a tube train into London, if that isn’t a crowded place then I don’t what is.”
