Undue Risk: Secret State Experiments on Humans New Edition by Moreno, Jonathan D. published by Routledge (2001)
Commenter:
About 20 years ago I decided to start collecting the occasional news articles I might happen upon that had to do with exposing secret human experimentation by the US Govt (usually exposed by either a successful lawsuit or a Federal employee entrusted to destroy classified documents but who instead smuggles them out for release). There was no internet then, so newspapers were my only source. I compiled a file approx. 4 inches thick. From all of this, I concluded that one is much more at risk to be experimented on (non-consensual) if you are military (especially Army, but also to some extent the Air Force and Navy), or if you go to a hospital while indigent, not having health insurance (most hospitals get Fed funding, so strings may be attached). I have never found any instance of anyone wealthy, or socially prominent, having been experimented on.
I concluded from my own files that you are most at risk if you are indigent or low income folks going to a Fed funded hospital or clinic, as well as military (especially Army).
The USA still is quite aggressive toward its end goal of world domination, so experiments on humans that could lead to innovations in covert assassinations, or weapons of mass destruction, or even mind control will continue. The author of UNDUE RISK states, “If there is a single lesson to be gleaned from the story of military-medical human experiments, it is that we can expect them to continue in the future….”

FOODsniffer – low-cost and highly portable lab-on-a-chip biosensor
FOODsniffer presented its patented, low-cost and highly portable lab-on-a-chip biosensor, which detects chemicals, infections, toxins, proteins and genetic mutations in plant and animal samples. The FOODsniffer biosensor is field-deployable and simple to use, comprising an all-silicon, fully integrated optoelectronic platform implementing interferometry for highly sensitive label-free multi-analyte detection. The light sources and sensing elements within immobilized antibodies are all on a single chip and used in single-shot cartridges. The device is controlled by a smartphone that sends the geo-tagged analysis results to the Internet cloud during the on-the-spot analysis. FOODsniffer is a complete business solution for field-based detection of harmful species at very low concentrations and, accordingly, has the potential to revolutionize numerous aspects of agriculture.

An important use would be for an allergy sufferer who wanted to test for the occurrence of a dangerous level of a particular allergen in their food. This would especially be useful if they were travelling or eating in an unusual or high-risk location.
If you were a vegetarian or someone who only wanted to consume organic foods, you could use such a device to test for the presence of certain common meat proteins or residues of pesticides (which are forbidden in organic agriculture).
Anyone who was concerned about the variety of the grapes in their fine wines, or the variety of their produce or meat might use such a device to determine the variety. This is determined by DNA analysis.
If you were concerned about GMO, the device could be configured to detect many different types of transgenes in a food sample.

Monstanto vs the world – How we will win the food war
http://rinf.com/alt-news/sicence-technology/monstanto-vs-the-world-how-we-will-win-the-food-war/
The big idea that industrial producers in the food system want you to believe is that only they can produce enough for the future population (Peekhaus 2010). Thus non-industrial systems of farming, such as all those which use agroecological methods, or SRI, or are localised and family-oriented, or which use organic methods, or non-GMO seeds, cannot feed the world.
Note: The defunct and self serving solution of Bill Gates et al is more psyhcopathic corporatism of the food supply.

Monsanto’s Roundup
Occupy London – March Against Monsanto 24th May 2014

GMOs are not adequately monitored to ensure public safety. Long term, independent, peer reviewed studies were not conducted before GMOs were introduced for human or animal consumption.
In the USA, the revolving door between Monsanto employees, government positions, and regulatory authorities has led to key Monsanto figures occupying positions of power at the FDA and EPA. Monsanto has spent hundreds of millions of dollars to obstruct all labeling attempts; they also suppress any research containing results not in their favor.
The scientifically established health risks include, but are not limited to: organ damage, sterility, infant mortality, birth defects, auto-immune conditions, allergies and increased cancer risks. GMOs have been partially banned by Austria, Bulgaria, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Japan, Luxembourg, Madeira, New Zealand, Peru, South America, Russia, France, Switzerland and Costa Rico, and are currently labelled in 62 countries. Despite this, factory farm animals throughout the world are still fed GMOs.

The African Centre for Biosafety (ACB) lodged a complaint to the Advertising Standards Authority (ASA) following an advertisement on Radio 702 by Monsanto wherein Monsanto claims that GM crops are safe and sustainable.

Nationwide Glyphosate Testing

Citizen Direct Testing of Toxins in Environment
Health Canada or Environment Canada has not done mass test on how much of Monsanto’s Roundup has gotten into human body fluids, nor has it set up labs that can do this test:
- Federal Govt does not respond to our letters (http://www.tonu.org/2014/05/29/atamanenko/).
- In Canada, only water and soil can now be tested, for closer to 300 dollars a test – quite out of reach of citizens.
- No Canadian lab is able to test if people have glyphosate in themselves, through samples of blood, urine or breast milk from nursing mothers.
- Labs in the US were testing for glyphosate at costs above $100 for human body fluids.
- We are looking for labs that may agree to batch processing at a reasonable cost.
- There are some financially challenged that cannot afford that money, and are eating unhealthy food suspected laced with Glyphosate, which is practically in every food that is not organic.
- This funding is to help them to test their urine and breast milk for nursing mothers.
- Walmart, Safeway and other food stores do not respond when we asked about testing their food to check if Glyphosate is present in their food. So this funding is to test their random sample of food.

About Farm Wars:
This rural lifestyle is under attack at the most basic level. Federal regulations and the corporate takeover of our food supply with Monsanto’s invasive GMO technology is designed to make it next to impossible to raise animals and organic food.
